'오늘 벙 없어?'는 아동·청소년을 성적으로 학대하거나 착취하는 모든 콘텐츠와 행위를 금지합니다. 이 문서는 그 기준과 신고 방법, 운영자의 조치를 밝힙니다. English version
1. 적용 범위
이 기준은 앱의 모든 곳에 적용됩니다. 프로필, 클럽의 소개와 사진, 벙, 게시글과 사진, 댓글, 채팅이 모두 포함됩니다.
'아동·청소년'은 관련 법령이 정하는 아동·청소년을 말하며, 만 18세 미만인 사람을 모두 포함합니다. 실제 인물이 아니더라도 아동·청소년으로 인식될 수 있는 사람이나 표현물이 등장하면 같은 기준을 적용합니다.
'오늘 벙 없어?'는 만 14세 미만의 가입을 허용하지 않습니다.
2. 금지하는 콘텐츠와 행위
- 아동·청소년 성착취물을 올리거나, 보내거나, 요청하거나, 그것이 있는 곳을 알려 주는 행위
- 아동·청소년을 성적으로 묘사하거나 성적 대상으로 삼는 글·사진·그림
- 성적인 목적으로 아동·청소년에게 접근해 친밀감을 쌓거나, 성적인 대화나 만남을 유도하는 행위
- 아동·청소년에게 성적인 사진이나 영상을 요구하거나, 그것을 빌미로 협박하는 행위
- 아동·청소년의 성을 사거나 파는 행위, 이를 알선하거나 권유하는 행위
- 위 행위를 미화하거나 부추기는 내용
이 행위들은 이용약관 7조가 금지하는 행위이며, 운영자는 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다.
3. 신고 방법
앱에서. 벙, 게시글, 댓글, 채팅 메시지, 사용자, 클럽의 메뉴에서 신고를 누르고 사유를 고릅니다. 글이나 메시지 같은 콘텐츠를 신고할 때는 '음란·선정적 내용'을 고릅니다. 사용자를 신고할 때는 '성희롱·성적 불쾌감'도 고를 수 있습니다. 맞는 사유가 없으면 '기타 (직접 입력)'를 골라 내용을 적습니다.
이메일로. 앱을 쓰지 않는 사람도 bungbung.support@gmail.com 으로 신고할 수 있습니다. 어느 클럽의 어떤 글이나 사용자인지 알 수 있게 적어 주세요.
누군가 당장 위험에 처해 있다면 먼저 경찰(112)에 신고해 주세요.
4. 운영자의 조치
- 앱으로 접수된 신고는 24시간 안에 확인합니다. 이메일로 받은 신고도 지체 없이 확인합니다.
- 위반이 확인되면 해당 콘텐츠를 삭제하고 그 계정의 이용을 영구히 정지합니다.
- 아동·청소년 성착취물과 성착취 행위는 관련 법령에 따라 수사기관에 신고하고, 수사에 필요한 범위에서 협조합니다.
5. 법령 준수
운영자는 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」을 비롯한 아동 안전 관련 법령을 준수합니다.

Child Safety Standards (English)
오늘 벙 없어? prohibits all content and behavior that sexually abuses or exploits children. This page states our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), how to report, and what we do about it.
1. Scope
These standards apply everywhere in the app: profiles, club descriptions and photos, events, posts and photos, comments, and chat.
A "child" means a child or adolescent as defined by applicable law, and in any case anyone under the age of 18. The same standards apply to a person or depiction that can be perceived as a child, whether or not a real person is involved.
The app does not allow anyone under the age of 14 to sign up.
2. Prohibited content and behavior
- Posting, sending, requesting, or pointing to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Text, photos, or drawings that depict children sexually or sexualize them
- Approaching a child to build trust for a sexual purpose (grooming), or steering a child toward sexual conversation or meetings
- Asking a child for sexual photos or videos, or threatening a child with them (sextortion)
- Buying or selling sex involving a child, or arranging or soliciting it
- Content that glorifies or encourages any of the above
These are prohibited by Article 7 of our Terms of Service, and we apply a zero-tolerance policy.
3. How to report
In the app. Open the menu on an event, post, comment, chat message, user, or club, tap 신고 (Report), and choose a reason. For content, choose 음란·선정적 내용 (obscene or sexual content). When reporting a user, 성희롱·성적 불쾌감 (sexual harassment) is also available.
By email. Anyone, including people who do not use the app, can report to bungbung.support@gmail.com.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the police first (112 in Korea).
4. What we do
- We review reports made in the app within 24 hours, and reports received by email without delay.
- When a violation is confirmed, we remove the content and permanently suspend the account.
- We report CSAM and child sexual exploitation to law enforcement as required by applicable law, and cooperate with investigations to the extent necessary.
5. Compliance with law
We comply with applicable child safety laws, including the Republic of Korea's Act on the Protection of Children and Youth against Sex Offenses.
